Open method of Workbooks class failed

While importing data into Tally, the error "Open method of Workbooks class failed" occurs. How to resolve this issue?
Solution 1
To resolve this error, please try out the following:
1. Create a new Excel workbook.
2. Copy/paste data from your old excel file into this workbook
3. Run udiMagic software and retry importing data from this new excel workbook into Tally Software.
Solution 2
Create a folder named "Desktop" as shown below:
For 64 bit systems: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop
For 32 bit system: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Desktop
